Greater Than and DKG Insurance Group have extended their partnership through to 2028, reinforcing a collaboration that has delivered measurable safety outcomes for Australian fleet customers.
The multi-year renewal builds on the success of Fuse Fleet, an AI-powered, behaviour-based insurance solution developed by DKG using Greater Than’s pattern-based AI technology. According to the companies, fleets that have embedded Fuse Fleet into their risk programs have recorded collision frequency reductions of around 50%.
DKG Managing Director Luke Kelly said the extension reflects the practical value fleets are gaining from the model.
“Fuse Fleet’s success reflects the real value our customers are seeing from AI-enabled insurance and we’re pleased to continue our partnership with Greater Than to 2028,” Kelly said.
“As the needs of Australian fleets evolve, it’s critical that we stay ahead of the curve. Greater Than’s technology helps us do exactly that, empowering safer drivers, fairer premiums and deeper, trust-based relationships with the businesses we support.”
The partnership began in 2022, when DKG launched Fuse Fleet by integrating Greater Than’s AI to convert GPS data into predictive crash probability insights. These insights allow fleet managers and brokers to identify higher-risk driving behaviours and target coaching and interventions more precisely. In more mature deployments, high-risk scores have been shown to correlate with around 70% of actual claims.
Since launch, Fuse Fleet has expanded beyond core risk scoring to include a connected insurance app and an ESG reporting solution designed for fleet customers seeking clearer visibility over safety and sustainability performance.
Johanna Forseke, Chief Business Officer and Deputy CEO at Greater Than, said the renewed agreement validates the outcomes being delivered in the local market.
“We’re proud to continue supporting DKG and Fuse Fleet as they scale across Australia,” Forseke said.
“This renewed agreement is a strong endorsement of the value Fuse Fleet is delivering to customers today, and I look forward to seeing their next phase of growth.”
With the partnership now locked in until 2028, the companies said the next phase will focus on expanding Fuse Fleet’s capabilities, increasing market reach and rolling out additional connected insurance features. For brokers and fleet buyers, the technology is positioned to support earlier risk discussions, more accurate quoting and clearer demonstrations of value at renewal.
