LDV Australia is set to shake up the growing campervan market with the launch of a factory-built Deliver 9 campervan, arriving in dealerships from October. Priced from $89,990 drive-away, it undercuts many rivals while offering a long list of inclusions designed to get buyers on the road straight from the showroom floor.
“Campervans have grown in popularity over the past decade as an increasing number of Australians choose to explore the great outdoors on their own terms, their own timetable – and in their own vehicle,” said Dinesh Chinnappa, General Manager of LDV Australia.
“This factory-built campervan is decked out with everything you need for a getaway – ready to go, straight off the showroom floor. We believe the LDV Deliver 9 campervan will help expand an emerging market segment.”
Ready-to-go comfort
Based on the Deliver 9 long-wheelbase high-roof van, LDV’s campervan includes:
- Kitchen sink, 96-litre fridge with 20-litre freezer, and microwave
- Induction cooktop and toilet
- Dual showers (indoor and outdoor)
- Retractable passenger-side awning
- Electric side step and sliding fly-screen door
- Swivel front seats and dining table option
Sleeping is handled by a double-bed platform with a large under-bed storage compartment, while the first shipment will feature four-seater layouts with two additional seats behind the driver.
Power and practicality off the grid
For extended trips away from caravan parks, the campervan is equipped with a 2.56kWh lithium-ion battery, supported by a 190W roof-mounted solar panel and a 2000W inverter. Water storage includes a 100-litre fresh tank, 100-litre grey tank, and a 16-litre removable toilet waste tank.
A roof-mounted air-conditioning unit can be powered via 240V mains at caravan parks, ensuring comfort in all conditions.
On the road
Power comes from a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine (108kW/375Nm), paired with a six-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Key practical specs include an 80-litre fuel tank, 2800kg braked towing capacity, and a 14.2m turning circle.

For organisations managing recreation fleets or staff travel programs, the LDV Deliver 9 campervan provides a cost-effective, fully equipped option. Novated lease customers will also find appeal in the under-$90k drive-away price and extensive standard inclusions, removing the need for aftermarket fit-outs.
