MINI will add a new Untamed Edition to its Australian Countryman range in early 2027, giving fleet and novated lease buyers a distinctive design option across petrol and fully electric models.
The edition will be available on the Countryman S ALL4 and all-electric Countryman SE ALL4, pairing all-wheel drive with exclusive exterior finishes, interior materials and practical cabin additions.
For buyers considering a premium SUV for work and private use, the announcement adds another choice to the Countryman line-up.
A new look for MINI’s largest model
The Untamed Edition builds on the Countryman’s spacious interior, flexible transport arrangements and elevated seating position with styling inspired by outdoor equipment and natural landscapes.
Exterior changes include bespoke 19-inch alloy wheels, a revised front grille and Dark Steel finishes for the grille surround, MINI emblems, Countryman lettering and underbody protection elements.
Textured protective films on the wheel arches, side sills and bonnet’s Power Dome are designed to help protect against stone chips. An Untamed logo featuring a mountain motif identifies the edition on the C-pillar.
The colour palette includes Hideaway Grey, Nomad Blue and Frozen Nomad Blue, alongside Nanuq White and Midnight Black. Frozen Nomad Blue introduces the first matt exterior paint finish in MINI series production, with roof finishes available in Glazed White or Jet Black.
Practical details join the cabin upgrade
Inside, the Untamed Edition features Vescin Nightshade Blue sports seats with perforated upholstery, knitted shoulder and headrest surfaces, and Cornflower Blue stitching and piping.
Knitted dashboard and door surfaces combine dark grey and blue tones, while Dark Steel accents continue the exterior theme.
The redesigned centre console storage box includes elastic retaining straps inspired by outdoor equipment. Rubber floor mats and a matching luggage compartment mat add practical touches for everyday use.
