Yoogo Fleet has expanded its Digital Concierge platform with mobile vehicle servicing through a new exclusive partnership with Turners Servicing & Repairs.
The partnership means fleet drivers can now arrange for vehicles to be serviced or repaired at their workplace or home, reducing the disruption associated with taking vehicles to a workshop.
Turners Servicing & Repairs has been added as a service provider within Yoogo Fleet’s Digital Concierge platform, with mobile servicing initially available across Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington.
Launched in March 2026, Digital Concierge is an automated fleet servicing platform developed by Yoogo Fleet that uses real-time telematics to identify when servicing or a warrant of fitness is approaching.
Drivers can then book directly from a mobile device, while the fleet manager retains visibility over the maintenance and compliance status of the fleet.
According to Yoogo Fleet, the platform has reduced the time required to coordinate a service or WOF from around 45 to 60 minutes of phone calls and follow-ups to approximately two minutes.
The addition of mobile servicing takes the concept a step further by reducing vehicle downtime and removing the need for drivers to travel to and from a workshop.
“A frustration we heard from fleet managers and drivers is that servicing was a constant admin battle,” said Dave Riches, General Manager Operations at Yoogo Fleet.
“Digital Concierge took that off their plate; the vehicle flags when a service or WOF is coming up, the driver books it in, and the fleet manager knows their fleet is compliant.
“Adding mobile servicing from Turners to the options we surface means drivers can now get that done with even less disruption, at their office or home.”
The service is designed to provide the same benefit whether an organisation operates a handful of vehicles or a large fleet — reducing the amount of management time spent coordinating maintenance while helping keep vehicles safe and operational.
Richard Wafer, CEO of Turners Servicing & Repairs, said the partnership makes the company’s mobile service offering easier for fleet customers to access.
“Partnering with Yoogo Fleet is a natural fit because its Digital Concierge platform makes it easier for customers to access our mobile servicing and repair offering,” Wafer said.
“By simplifying the booking process and connecting customers with a service that comes to them, we’re helping businesses reduce the time and effort involved in organising vehicle maintenance while keeping their vehicles safe, compliant and on the road.”
The partnership reflects a broader shift in fleet management towards using telematics and digital platforms not only to identify maintenance requirements, but also to automate the workflow between the vehicle, driver, fleet manager and service provider.
For fleet operators, the practical outcome is greater choice around how maintenance is completed and an opportunity to reduce one of the less visible costs associated with servicing: the productive time lost organising appointments and moving vehicles to and from workshops.
