- Fleet Administrator / Fleet Administration Officer: AU $70k–$85k; examples of full-time fleet admin roles commonly list around $75–80k in Australia.
- Fleet Coordinator / Controller: AU $75k–$105k; NZ $70k–$85k. (SEEK role pages for Transport/Fleet Coordinator show AU $75–90k and NZ $70–80k averages; live AU ads often extend to ~$100k+ for Controllers.)

1) Administration & coordination (entry to mid)

- What you do: Maintain vehicle records, bookings, infringements, rego/insurance renewals, vendor invoices, driver queries and pool-vehicle scheduling. Controllers add daily dispatch and utilisation balancing.

2) Procurement & contracts

3) Workshops, maintenance & asset operations
