Optimise has extended its commercial agreement with Geosecure for a further five years, building on the first year of the partnership in the Australian market.
The renewed agreement will support the continued delivery of Optimise, an AI-driven route optimisation platform developed by The Algorithm People.
According to the company, the software can generate savings and efficiency improvements of up to 30 per cent by using algorithms to increase vehicle utilisation, reduce operating costs and cut emissions.
The platform is designed to make fleet planning faster and more efficient, while helping organisations identify which vehicles and routes may be suitable for electric vehicles and last-mile delivery.
It can also be used to optimise the deployment of electric and ultra-low-emission vehicles, helping fleets assess potential returns and develop data-driven EV transition plans.
Optimise said the five-year extension reflected the results achieved during the first year of the Geosecure partnership and would create further opportunities across the public and private sectors.
The two companies will continue working with Australian organisations to improve productivity, fleet performance and operational efficiency while reducing costs and supporting fleet decarbonisation.
