Andrew has over 15 years fleet industry experience and held various roles across Sales, Customer Service, Products and Marketing. Most recently Andrew was General Manager Sales at sgfleet before he made the decision to move on.
Working at Custom Fleet is not foreign to Andrew, with his last roles being Customer Service Leader and then NSW State Leader for the Custom Fleet business from 2006-2009. After a 7 year break from Custom Fleet, Andrew is excited about the future and the positives that new owners, Element Financial will bring to the Australian market.
In his new role of National Account Director, Andrew’s team will be responsible for managing strategic clients on a National Basis. In addition Andrew will work with the Element team in Canada, US and Mexico to help bring global best practice fleet strategies and product offerings to the Australian Market.
Element Financial Corporation manage more than 3 million vehicles worldwide and provides global fleet services through its strong alliances with Arval representing the largest FMO footprint globally.The recent acquisition of Custom Fleet means expertise learned in those markets will soon be available in the local market.
After his first week in the new role Andrew is very pleased to see the functionality and capabilities of Custom Fleet’s value add products such as Telematics, Pool Car and Driver Safety modules are market leading and just one point of difference of being a truly global player.
Custom Fleet has also recently enhanced the online customer experience with a major refresh to its online portal, Fleet Office. With continual improvement on the agenda at Custom Fleet, Andrew is looking forward to a very bright and successful future.
