SG Fleet has formally concluded its 11-year journey as a publicly listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), entering a new phase under private ownership. While the company’s ownership structure has changed, its core focus and operations remain firmly on track.
“Today marks the end of SG Fleet’s 11-year life as an ASX-listed company,” said CEO Robbie Blau in a message to stakeholders. “It is of course business as usual for us and SG Fleet will continue to pursue its ambitions as an unlisted entity.”
SG Fleet Group Limited is a leading provider of integrated mobility solutions, including fleet management, vehicle leasing, and salary packaging services. The company operates in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, and currently manages more than 277,000 vehicles worldwide. SG Fleet originally listed on the ASX in March 2014.
Over the past decade, SG Fleet has expanded both organically and through strategic acquisitions, transforming into a key player in the global mobility sector. The company holds a unique position in the marketplace, with strong experience and deep product expertise delivered through a customer-centric approach. It has built enduring relationships with blue-chip corporate and government clients by offering scalable, tailored solutions.
Blau said that with the support of new owner Pacific Equity Partners (PEP), the company is well placed to continue evolving: “Our aim is to grow further, enhance our offering and our service, and delight an ever-growing number of customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.”
Innovation continues to be central to SG Fleet’s business model. The company is active in shaping the future of mobility in collaboration with governments and leading corporates. Its investments in advanced fleet technologies and new business models are helping to redefine how organisations manage and move their people and assets.
Blau also acknowledged the company’s long-standing engagement with the investment community: “The company and its leadership team have also built strong and lasting relationships with fund managers, analysts, and many others during these years. We take this opportunity to thank you all for your interest and your support.”
With a clear vision and the backing of PEP, SG Fleet’s message to the market is clear: the journey continues, and the focus remains on delivering market-leading mobility solutions to an ever-expanding customer base.
