Streetfleet customers will gain access to real-time accident claim updates through a new partnership with Australian crash management technology company DingGo.
DingGo will manage accident claims for Streetfleet’s fleet and novated lease customers using a platform that combines AI-powered workflows with dedicated portals for Fleet Managers and drivers.
The portals will allow customers to follow the status of a claim from the first notification through to repair. DingGo’s platform will also integrate directly with Streetfleet’s systems through an application programming interface (API).
The partnership comes as fleet operators seek greater visibility and control over the accident management process, particularly when a vehicle is off the road and a driver is waiting for repairs.
Streetfleet National Operations Manager Annette Ehmann said the partnership would support a more seamless experience for customers.
“Through DingGo’s platform, we can provide real-time reporting, AI-powered workflows, and dedicated fleet and driver portals that give customers greater transparency, control and confidence throughout every stage of the claims process,” Ehmann said.
“This partnership supports our commitment to delivering a more seamless, efficient and customer-focused accident management experience now and into the future.”
Managing claims in a changing market
The agreement is DingGo’s latest move into Australia’s fleet management organisation market. The company says the accident management sector has consolidated, with several providers exiting as claims have become more complex.
DingGo says it has invested in technology to help manage that complexity across large fleets. The company manages claims for fleet portfolios in Australia and New Zealand, operating independently and working with Australia’s major insurers.
DingGo Co-founder Shaun Janks said accident management was an important part of the fleet customer experience.
“Accident management is one of the most important moments in the fleet management customer journey, and expectations around speed, transparency and control have never been higher,” Janks said.
“We’ve spent five years building technology that meets those expectations at any scale, and we’re proud to welcome Streetfleet as a partner.”
For Fleet Managers, clearer access to claim information can help with planning while a vehicle is being repaired, keeping drivers informed and understanding when the vehicle might return to service.
DingGo’s recent product launches include Motor Claim Pro, software designed for third-party motor claims specialists, and Crash Intelligence, an AI-powered vehicle repair platform used across the fleet, rental and repair sectors.
