Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) has reinforced its focus on the Victorian fleet market by appointing a new state manager with more than 15 years’ experience leading state and national sales teams in complex business-to-business environments.
Kirrily Baulch joined TFM at the start of this year and says one of her key priorities is to ensure TFM’s Victorian sales team is well positioned to provide its customers with the products, services and solutions that will benefit their businesses and customers.
“A primary focus of the TFM business is to lead the way in ensuring our customers are ‘future ready’ and prepared for developments in both the nature and technology of mobility, as well as upcoming changes to accounting standards.
“We are well positioned to support our customers in a rapidly changing environment,” she said.
“Telematics for example is now a standard requirement for many fleet operators, and with the launch late last year of our comprehensive ForceField Telematics solution among other developments TFM has positioned itself at the forefront of the fleet management market.
“Another key priority is our expanded commitment to the Toyota dealer network to provide the support and products they need to deliver a small fleet finance and management solution to businesses within their local area.”
Ms Baulch said TFM is unique in that it offers a ‘one-stop shop’ of services like financier, fleet manager and salary packaging provider.
“Adding the strength of the ‘One Toyota’ offering – taking in Toyota, Lexus, Toyota Material Handling and Hino – means we are well placed to provide considerable savings, convenience and efficiencies for our customers.”
TFM General Manager Ed Stanistreet said he welcomed the appointment of a skilled and experienced sales manager in what is an exciting new phase for TFM in Victoria.
“With her predecessor moving into a business development role that builds on his core strengths, Kirrily has already stepped up to this new challenge and I’m sure our customers in Victoria will benefit from her energy and experience,” he said.
