As of November 2017 Kia Motors Australia have sold more than 50,000 vehicles in a year for the first time ever and there’s still one month left. As a market leader in warranty and customer service in Australia, Kia is experiencing significant sales growth and is one of the top ten manufacturers with sales up more than 20 per cent year-on-year for the past three years.
To support this growth, and the seven year warranty offered on all Kia vehicles, they appointed Digicall Assist as their Roadside Assistance Service Provider.
The appointment was made after Kia put to market one of the key planks of the company’s industry-leading seven year warranty program. Following the extensive tender process, Digicall Assist started on the 1st December, providing Roadside Assistance and also dealer location, vehicle, and promotional enquiries from their Sydney-based call centre.
“Digicall Assist comes with a vast amount of experience from the top down and will certainly offer the brand and our customers improved benefits that would be seen as commensurate with Kia’s ever-growing needs and expectations,” Phil Murray, Head of After Sales, Kia Motors Australia, said.
The Kia appointment adds to the stable of leading global and Australian Automotive, Insurance and Fleet Management brands choosing Digicall Assist as their roadside assistance partner.
“We are honored to be chosen as a trusted partner providing a seamless customer experience on the frontline and at the roadside for a leading brand like KIA. It is something our whole team can be extremely proud of,” Michael Curtin, CEO of Digicall Assist Australia, said.
