AutoGuru and Interleasing have announced a new strategic partnership aimed at improving fleet maintenance efficiency, transparency and customer experience for Australian fleet operators.
The collaboration brings together AutoGuru’s FleetGuru® vehicle maintenance technology with Interleasing’s established fleet management and leasing services. The two companies say the partnership will support a more seamless service and repair experience for fleet managers, drivers and service providers, while also contributing to Interleasing’s broader digital transformation.
As part of the agreement, Interleasing customers will gain access to new client-facing maintenance portals through AutoGuru’s evolving FleetGuru® platform. The rollout is expected to take place in stages throughout 2026, with a focus on improving visibility and control over fleet maintenance activity.
Through the unified FleetGuru Maintenance Portal, Interleasing customers will be able to view their vehicle portfolios, track maintenance activity in real time and book servicing and repairs online via a single digital workflow. The intent is to reduce administrative effort, improve transparency and minimise vehicle downtime.
The partners say the technology integration will deliver a more intuitive experience for both fleet managers and drivers, while also supporting compliance and record-keeping requirements through consistent digital processes.
Liam Day, General Manager – Operations at Interleasing, said the partnership represents an important step in modernising fleet maintenance management.
“Teaming up with AutoGuru is a key step forward in advancinghow we manage our fleet maintenance,” said Day. “Together, we’re innovating how to make vehicle care more efficient, more predictable, and more user-friendly, all while supporting fleet resilience and uptime.”
AutoGuru General Manager of Partner Enablement, Yolande McLean, said the partnership aligns with both organisations’ focus on improving customer experience through digital tools.
“By combining Interleasing’s fleet management expertise with AutoGuru’s customer-first technology, both organisations are committed to lifting industry standards and elevating fleet management experience for suppliers and clients”.
Beyond fleet customers, the partnership is also expected to deliver benefits for AutoGuru’s national network of service providers. According to the announcement, workshops will gain access to faster online approvals and payments for Interleasing service and repair work, supporting more efficient job processing and improved cash flow.
The collaboration is positioned as a practical response to evolving fleet expectations, particularly around visibility, turnaround times and ease of interaction across the service ecosystem. From booking and authorisation through to compliance-ready maintenance records, the integrated approach is intended to streamline workflows for all parties involved.
AutoGuru said the partnership reflects its broader strategy of using AI-led and digital tools to modernise maintenance operations across large and complex asset portfolios. Interleasing, part of the MMS Group, said the initiative supports its focus on reducing complexity for customers while improving vehicle availability and predictability across the fleet lifecycle.
Both companies describe the partnership as future-focused, with an emphasis on reliability, simplicity and incremental digital improvement rather than wholesale system change.
