In 2015 Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) appointed a key staff member in the Australian Capital Territory to provide on-the-ground representation and better access to its mix of innovative products and trusted advice.
Sarah Hanrahan’s appointment as fleet sales manager in the ACT reflects TFM’s commitment to servicing the fleet vehicle needs of the region. The ACT was previously managed as a part of the NSW regional office.
Ms Hanrahan has an expansive knowledge and understanding of the needs of government and private sector businesses in the ACT. She has a total of 15 years of government, corporate and not-for-profit fleet sales experience and has worked at TFM for over seven years.
She will be working with local, territory and federal government departments, not-for-profits and corporates to provide consistent pricing and unbiased solutions for all fleet requirements. These include novated leasing and salary packaging, as well as funding and management of all types of vehicles and equipment.
Ms Hanrahan said there are a number of benefits of dealing with TFM that she looks forward to sharing with a larger number of ACT customers.
“TFM offers a ‘one-stop shop’ combination of services – we fulfil the roles of financier, fleet manager and salary packaging provider,” Ms Hanrahan said.
“This makes us easy to deal with, and we can provide savings to employees who take advantage of our novated leasing and salary packaging arrangements.
“Additionally, TFM’s ‘One Toyota’ relationships across the Toyota group – including Toyota, Lexus, Toyota Material Handling and Hino – mean we can provide further savings and convenience.
Ms Hanrahan said TFM is also able to provide finance and other solutions on any brand of passenger and commercial vehicles.
“We have strong relationships with many different manufacturers, not just Toyota,” she said. “We also manage commercial assets like plant and equipment.”
TFM General Manager Ed Stanistreet said TFM’s expansion in the ACT is another example of the company’s drive to become Australia’s most trusted fleet management organisation.
“The ACT region contains a diverse range of organisations managing fleets with varied vehicle requirements – from federal, territory and local governments to not-for-profits and private businesses – that can benefit from the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of the products we offer.
“I’m excited to have Ms Hanrahan represent TFM in the ACT and promote customer-centric initiatives, ranging from our transparent novated leasing arrangements through to our newly launched DriverDirect fleet drivers’ mobile phone app,” he said.
