JMACX Off Road Solutions has launched a new Coil Over Leaf Conversion Kit for the Ford Ranger Super Duty, with the Australian manufacturer targeting fleet and commercial operators that need more comfort and control from heavily loaded vehicles.
The Ford Ranger Super Duty is expected to play a significant role in heavy-duty light commercial fleets, particularly across government, utilities, mining support, civil construction, agriculture, emergency services and remote area operations. These vehicles are often fitted with service bodies, communications equipment, recovery gear, tools and towing equipment, which can change the way they handle and ride once placed into service.
JMACX has developed the conversion to improve stability, control and comfort while retaining the load-carrying characteristics of the Ranger Super Duty’s leaf spring suspension. The system has been engineered and manufactured in Australia, with testing completed across fitment, on-road performance, load carrying, towing and rough road conditions.
For fleet operators, suspension performance is more than a comfort issue. Vehicles working under constant load, towing trailers or travelling across rough regional roads need to remain predictable and stable. A vehicle that is easier to control can reduce driver fatigue and support safer operation, particularly when travelling long distances or operating away from sealed roads.

The conversion provides between 50mm and 70mm of increased ride height under load and has been designed as a no-engineering-required upgrade. JMACX says the kit can be fitted in about an hour, making it a practical option for vehicle builders, fleet managers and procurement teams looking to prepare vehicles for operational use.
The kit has been developed for applications where the Ranger Super Duty may be used across highways, job sites, gravel roads and remote access tracks. This includes vehicles carrying tools, service bodies, communications systems, emergency response equipment or towing loads.
