John Braden has been appointed General Manager Australia and New Zealand at national fleet management and leasing company, StreetFleet.
StreetFleet recently announced its acquisition of longstanding Melbourne-based competitor Alliance Fleet and the transaction sees StreetFleet’s assets under management rise to over $150 million. The company operates across Australia and New Zealand and employs 25 staff across Adelaide and Melbourne where John Braden is based and whose focus is largely to grow StreetFleet’s footprint on the eastern seaboard.
Mr. Braden brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and finance sectors including extensive experience in fleet sales over small, medium, and large fleets including national rental platforms. He has also demonstrated success in developing digital automotive remarking solutions for fleet and novated users. He has held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for FLIPACAR as well as General Manager, Operations and Strategy for the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association, General Manager Insurance for BMW Financial Services Australia and Head of Retail Strategy Head of Retail Strategy – Americas, South/Central Europe and Asia at BMW Group Germany.
