To start 2019 Renault has launched Trafic Trader Life in response to the demand for a delivery or small business van focused on minimum cost of ownership.
Optimised for the busy urban environment where high performance is less important than low running costs, Trader Life is based on the SWB chassis powered by a highly efficient single turbo version of the proven 1.6L R9M diesel engine. Developing 260Nm from a low 1500rpms, this engine also delivers class leading Combined Cycle fuel economy of just 6.2L/100km.
Trader Life also gets a comprehensive equipment fit that provides the driver with everything he needs in a comfortable hard-working van –
- Seating for three, with a height, reach, rake and lumbar adjustable seat with armrest for the driver
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Cruise Control w/ Speed Limiter
- Air Conditioning
- Electronic Stability Control with Hill Start Assist
Trader Life comes in Glacier White in a single specification that includes a LH side sliding door and lift-up tailgate. While no factory options are offered, Renault dealers can still provide a large range of locally fitted accessories.
Payload is 1,235kg, with a towing capacity of 2 tonnes.
