We love driving the Peugeot SUV range because every car we get has a massage function for the driver. It’s an option and something you don’t go looking for but enjoy while it’s there.
The 1.2 litre 3 cylinder motor has 96 kW power and 230 Nm of torque. The premium unleaded fuel might get a bit expensive however its a small price for the beautiful styling. It’s an absolute looker in the Vertigo Blue. It’ll cost you more as an option but you won’t regret it.
What’s beauty without practicality? We found the Peugeot 2008 to be very practical getting around town; especially when parking around the inner city.
If you drive a large SUV and your daily routine takes you to shopping centres or other suburban locations, the size of parking spots probably doesn’t get considered. During the time we had the Peugeot 2008 we discovered the benefits of a comfortable luxury interior in a smaller package to zip around the city streets.
It’s a small SUV so the rear legroom isn’t huge though we were able to sit in the back for short trips around town. And there’s two USB ports for charging the kids entertainment.
Something that seems quirky when you first step into the driver’s seat becomes amazing after a couple of short trips. It’s the Peugeot i-Cockpit design with creates a 3D instrument cluster where you look over the steering wheel. It uses a compact steering wheel design, which improves the steering response and agility, to deliver the same benefits as a heads-up display to keep your eyes on the road.
