Derrick Ginger has joined FleetPartners in the role of General Manager – Government and Corporate based in NSW. Derrick’s experience in the fleet industry covers more than three decades and several senior roles in other fleet management organisations.
Most recently Derrick has worked in a number of consulting roles since leaving Custom Fleet in 2014 and is a subject matter expert in fleet management and leasing services.
“I’m glad to be back in the game again and it’s an exciting time to be at FleetPartners with so many things happening” says Derrick. “FleetPartners market leading capability in telematics and its unique access to low cost federal government funding for lower emission vehicles gives me the opportunity to provide real cost savings to government and corporate fleet operators”.
“I’ll get to use my experience with both government and corporate clients in this role to help grow an already solid business and add value to these clients” Derrick added.
Derrick’s previous roles included overseeing the management of WA Government and Tasmanian Government fleets for several years.
“We are delighted to have Derrick join the FleetPartners Executive team. Derrick has an enviable track record in our industry and a highly credible personal reputation in Government and Corporate markets” said FleetPartners Managing Director, Dennis Kelly.
“Derrick’s deep domain knowledge in all things “fleet”, in addition to his general management skills, gives FleetPartners further bench strength as we continue the journey to exponentially grow our presence in the market” said Mr Kelly.
