Chris Cormack, Executive General Manager – Strategy Growth and Future Energy of Discover Energy, answered some of the questions on EV infrastructure that are often posed to Fleet Auto News by the readers.
Cormack joined Discover Energy in 2021 after living and breathing energy for nearly 20 years in senior positions with companies such as AGL Energy, Australian Energy Market Operator and various start-up organisations, Chris will be responsible for the strategic direction and leading the delivery and growth of Discover Energy.

Chris has made a name for himself as an industry innovator having been at the forefront of the energy transition. Having led industry projects such as Open Energy Networks and the Energy Security Board’s Post-2025 DER (Distributed Energy Resources) Implementation plan, Chris will be able to provide Discover Energy with a strong foundation to continually adapt to the changing retail energy landscape in Australia.

New research commissioned by Discover Energy revealed that the majority (82%) of Aussies agree that renewable energy is the key to a greener future. What’s more, 67% of Aussies are planning on switching to solar energy, which is why there’s never been a more important time to recruit someone with Chris’ experience to Discover Energy.
