A Grey Fleet vehicle is when an employee uses a personal vehicle for a work purposes no matter how short the trip, or how infrequent.
It’s easy for staff to take the car in the driveway to a work appointment when working from home. Some businesses may encourage it to keep employees or volunteers moving.
