Over the years, Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) has grown its client list to include some of Australia’s most successful companies. Now, the organisation is proud to announce a new contract with surveying industry leader, Land Surveys.
With more than 200 land surveyors and staff, Land Surveys specialises in aerial, engineering and hydrographic surveys, plus a range of services including land development, laser scanning and spatial data analysis.
With such a varied offering, the company needed a new fleet of powerful and reliable vehicles that could tackle different driving conditions and surfaces.
After an exhaustive review, Land Surveys landed on Toyota HiLux SR5. No less than 100 of the heavy-duty 4x4s will be delivered to the company between April and July 2018.
Peter Rullo, CEO of Land Surveys, is confident that having a fleet of Hilux SR5s will keep his staff happy, as well as attract the best surveyors in the future.
“Safety is our top priority at Land Surveys and this was a key consideration in choosing a replacement vehicle for our people. HiLux SR5 came out on top – its 5 Star ANCAP Safety Rating, seven airbags, unbreakable reputation and the fact that it was the highest rated when evaluated by our employees made it an easy decision.”
Not only is TFM supplying the brand new fleet of vehicles, but financing and managing them too.
“Toyota Fleet Management offered us a one-stop shop service, fitting out all of our new vehicles. They have arranged all of the accessory installations, including canopies, customised seat covers and signage. They also provided competitive financing options and were able to offer us a solution that makes our monthly repayments very attractive,” Peter explained.
Land Surveys Technical Manager, Neil Foster, says their partnership with TFM has been professional and transparent at every stage.
“Land Surveys chose Toyota Fleet Management as they took the time to listen and review our specific needs. They provided the best deal to us, which was important due to the volume of vehicles we were looking at purchasing.”
And when it came to getting a large fleet of new vehicles off the ground, Neil appreciated that TFM made the process easy.
“The biggest issue for Land Surveys was being able to source such a large volume of vehicles in a relatively short time frame. Toyota Fleet Management has pulled out all stops to ensure the best possible delivery options. Toyota Fleet Management meet with us each week to ensure this goes smoothly and has given us access to the delivery database so we can obtain information at any time.”
With over 30 years of experience, Toyota Fleet Management has grown to become one of Australia’s leading fleet management organisations. Catering to fleets big and small, TFM provides Australian businesses with fleet leasing, fleet management, vehicle financing options, Motor Vehicle Insurance and more.
